D-TRAINED Sweatshops focus on increasing athletic performance along with Hi-Intensity Fundamental Skill Work. Increased athleticism and improved skill work are then showcased within a competitive and controlled environment at game speed. D-TRAINED Sweatshops are limited in numbers to maximize supervision and ensure proper development

Sweatshops are designed to increase performance in the following areas:

Basketball Fundamentals; Shooting Passing, Ball Handling, Basketball IQ and Decision Making Ability

Basketball Specific Conditioning that focuses on developing Movement Patterns and Energy Systems required for success "On the Basketball Court" 

Functional Strength Training Exercises, Flexibility through our comprehensive Dynamic Warm-up and Static Stretches, and Plyometrics that increase Athletic Skills such as Speed, Power, Endurance, Agility, Coordination, Balance and Reaction Time

The main objective of 'GYM IN A BAG training is to create the optimal training program for your team, helping to identify strengths and weaknesses in the areas of Basketball-Specific Strength, Speed and Skills. Based on our initial assessment we will develop, implement and supervise a program to address the identified weaknesses

These skills are the most important for individuals and teams when it comes to being able to compete from an athletic standpoint at the highest levels of basketball

Overall Functional Strength Training ( Focus is on Total Body Power, Strength and Explosiveness along with Core and Rotational Strength)

Athletes are monitored using the same Pro-Style Performance Tests used during the NBA Pre-Draft Camp Combine

 

D-TRAINED Private Training for For Professional Career Development

Private Training is designed to prepare an athlete for training camp or NBA/WNBA Pre-Draft or Free Agent Status

Programs are designed to prepare the athlete physically for the rigors and demands of the Draft and Training Camp with a focus on Flexibility, Vertical Jump, the Lane Agility Drill, 185lb Bench Press and the 3/4 Court Sprint Drill

On the court skills training is customized to address the player's identified weaknesses and provide specific workouts that will help demonstrate proficiency in those areas prior to training camp or scheduled team workouts

When looking to sharpen basketball fundamentals we first practice the skill, improve the skill, and eventually master the skill at game-speed. Developing Functional Strength, Increasing Speed, Agility and Quickness will greatly enhance a player's ability to train at game speed and for longer periods of time

Once a player can complete a workout that incorporates Basketball-Specific Strength, Speed and Fundamental Skills at game speed, he or she is on their way to becoming the most complete player they can be
